As a father of a large family, we had a fantastic experience at Ps Hill Resort - Sha Plus. The spacious rooms were perfect for our children, providing ample space for them to play and relax. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep for everyone, while the efficient air conditioning kept the room cool and pleasant. The resort's location was ideal, just a short walk away from Patong's bustling center, offering plenty of family-friendly activities and attractions. The highlight of our stay was the large swimming pool, which provided endless fun and entertainment for our children. it was a wonderful family vacation that we thoroughly enjoyed.

My wife says that it would have been great if the resort had a dedicated kids' play area or a children's activity program.

Silent hotel - the room far from the road.

Newly built units that feel fresh and bright, come with free WiFi, and offer a lovely view. It's in a peaceful spot, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to Night Market 🚶‍♂️.

Kind and helpful staff, always smile :) Good breakfast. Very quetly and comfortable.

Some birds scream very loud at the night :)

Even if staff was willing to help , one more english speaking staff would be great. The announced transport facility to the center, is not quite the best idea , as it is coming just twice a day, although , the walking distance to the center is not lionger than 15 minutes

The convenient location near the shopping center and the beach, as well as the beautiful hillside, made us want to come back again even though we didn't have enough time.

Staffs have excellent English, so easy to communicate, this is rare in Thailand. They arrange free shuttle to many locations, and accommodate for motor rent which was great! Breakfast is above average that you can get with the room price like this in Phuket

Internet never works! Not a walking distance from the beach, they have several hotels in the area, suggest you choose PS Beach which is in the beach central of Phuket

There was no wifi signal in the rooms. I enjoyed the hotel's staff and the food.

Location is really good: not in Patong-town overcrouded center. 10 minutes free ride to the town. Short ride from the major beaches. Calm, with the very nice and helpful staff. Restaurant is also really good with reasonable prices

It's fairly close to busy Patong while offering respite from the business of Patong, which, I found, can wear a person down. The resort is okay and it has a nice pool.

Frankly, I found more to complain about than to rave about. Although its rather isolated location can be viewed as an advantage, I also found it to be a drag. I was a bit annoyed that the free shuttle bus (tuk tuk) service to Patong, which is advertised to operate several times a day starting at nine A.M., was not, in fact, so frequent. I had to wait until 11 A.M. before being shuttled to Patong! (The only other alternative to their free shuttle service to Patong is a rip off taxi journey from a fairly nearby taxi service). In addition, the place is being constructed and I don't see construction finishing any time all that soon. My room was near a very noisy main road and opposite the reception area, so privacy as well as noise was an issue.

The place was spotless and great, with really friendly staff, especially the receptionist. They served a decent breakfast with yummy fruits and oats, for example. 🌟
